I guess the original motivation was to get information/errors/msgs from
Helix to debug failing or long pending tasks. And to figure out and show
selective but sufficient information for the tasks of a taskType and for each
task(batch) information about subtasks. Jackie/Mayank can correct me.
There is an existing API that only gives the state(single value) about the
Task(batch) but no details .
