A checker will help detect the breaks, either we want to disallow it or document it in the release notes will depend on the policy we set up on 0.x releases. So it will be useful anyway Per [SerVer](https://semver.org/), ``` Major version zero (0.y.z) is for initial development. Anything MAY change at any time.
