When trying to create Offline or Realtime tables in the Pinot UI, sometimes the table type field (which is usually automatically populated with OFFLINE or REALTIME) is left blank and grayed out so you can't add it yourself. The workaround right now is to add it in the json tableType field and then it'll properly populate all the fields in the UI.
