   Pinot docs suggest that now() should return the timestamp as epoch millis.

   But we are seeing that it returns a timestamp instead with the V2 Engine. V1
Engine does return an epoch millis

   e.g.

   ```
   SET useMultistageEngine=true;
   SELECT now()
   ```

   ```
   {
     "resultTable": {
       "dataSchema": {
         "columnNames": [
           "EXPR$0"
         ],
         "columnDataTypes": [
           "TIMESTAMP"
         ]
       },
       "rows": [
         [
           "2025-06-17 19:57:37.0"
         ]
       ]
     },
   ...
   ```
