Cleaning up is always a good idea :-)

Just some thoughts on deprecating Native Text Index
   1. I’m not sure if/how we can be sure about "there is no production" use
case at the moment
   2. do we have a table to compare capabilities of Lucene Index and native
text index, so we know what we loose (e.g speed like described in doc
https://docs.pinot.apache.org/basics/indexing/native-text-index and what can be
replaced
   3. Are we sure only lucene is the future in the filed of text index?
   4. a clean-up needs to be a highly predictable process: would be good to
have a deprecating warning for at least 1 release like e.g. Kubernetes does
