- #15460
**Changes**
- Add a new Github Actions workflow which is triggered on relevant
dependabot PRs
- Adds a new bash script to run all the steps mentioned at:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/PINOT/Creating+an+Apache+Release
**Work done so far**
- Basic bash script added to build and test pinot
- Generate Dependencies webpage
