Changes to Enable Pluggable forward Index and Map Index Filter Operator
## Overview
This PR introduces support for pluggable forward index readers and add
MapIndexFilteroperator for MAP columns.
## Key Changes
### 1. Pluggable Forward Index Reader using forward index config.
### 2. MapIndexFilterOperator
### 3. Couple of MAP Bug Fixes
## Testing
- Integration tests for MAP field types.
## Breaking Changes
None. This PR maintains backward compatibility while adding new
functionality.
