- Adds some observability for MSE's query throttling functionality (https://github.com/apache/pinot/pull/14574, https://github.com/apache/pinot/pull/14847). - Note that this gauge metric can be used independently of the query throttling functionality - i.e., it doesn't require `pinot.beta.multistage.engine.max.server.query.threads` to be configured.
