A try here(https://github.com/apache/pinot/pull/14991) for the SegmentOnlineOffline StateModel to support certain high throughput tables with slow startup model. The change above will definitely solve the issue for slow startup but it might also backfire for the data refreshness, query consistency for the latest data etc. Since the StateModel is cluster wide, feeling we should have multiple StateModels with different priorities for different use cases. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
