As a developer, having a keyboard shortcut to jump to the next or previous
modification in the file, would be very helpful to find and return to areas you
were working in the file. It would be especially helpful in large files.
This was filed in the old Bugzilla site already but I couldn't find it in JIRA
and it doesn't appear to have ever be implemented so I'm filing it again now.
