tinyusb: Change default endpoint for CDC
For some devices, CDC enpoint allocation was:
- 0xO1 OUT (bulk)
- 0x82 IN (bulk)
- 0x81 Notify (interrupt)
It turnes out that with this allocation where
0x81 and 0x01 numbers are of different type
internal table for maping endpoints to drivers
can contain less entries that it could
if value for 0x01 and 0x81 were of the same
type (bulk)
This makes IN/OUT endpint for CDC have same
endpoint number (IN is orred with 0x80)
With this changes it is possible to have
devices with 2 CDC, one MSC and AUDIO,
that would not be possible before.
