nimble/transport/emspi: Fix build
emspi transport was updated to new transport API, but its package
still registered no longer existing ble_hci_emspi_init() for sysinit,
which resulted in link error. Transport is now initialized from
ble_transport_ll_init() as other transports, so remove sysinit entry
together with its syscfg and unused public header.
