    tinyusb/std_descriptors: Add slot name for DFU runtime
    
    Slot name was presented in normal DFU.
    dfu-util showed this like this:
    
    Found Runtime: [c0ca:c01a] ver=0100, devnum=36, cfg=1,
     intf=1, path="2-6.2", alt=0, name="UNKNOWN", serial="1"
    
    Where name was UNKNOWN.
    With this change dfu-util will show something like that:
    
    Found Runtime: [c0ca:c01a] ver=0100, devnum=62, cfg=1,
     intf=1, path="2-6.2", alt=0, name="MYNEWT@08010000*512K",
     serial="1"
