i2s/nrfx: Fix build for NRF52
When NRF_I2S_HAS_CLKCONFIG is not 1 (NRF52)
static function set_mck_setup_for_bypass() was empty
but it was never called.
Now whole function is present only for builds
that have NRF_I2S_HAS_CLKCONFIG
