fs/fs: Fix dependecy to mcu manager
There was incorrect dependency to mcumgr file system
management commands
It was
@apache-mynewt-mcumgr/cmd/fs/port/mynewt
instead of
@apache-mynewt-mcumgr/cmd/fs_mgmt/port/mynewt
