[MCHECKSTYLE-113] Set the number of accepted violations for checkstyle:check

o Renamed the parameter from allowedViolations to maxAllowedViolations, to 
match better with the parameter names suggested in MCHECKSTYLE-104, if we later 
decide to implement that.
