## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
* The project's `README.md` states that `spark3` and `spark-2.12` are
default profiles. This change makes those profiles activate by default so that
they do not need to be explicitly specified.
* The profile `thriftserver` is added to `README.md`.
## How was this patch tested?
Tested with unit test and integration test workflows.
