@Rikkola It's great that the all of the above issues have been fixed. Just one thing: `5. No index support on the join`. Per my understanding, BiLinearNode doesn't support a cross-network constraint, so BiLinearBetaConstraints.wrappedConstraints is always EmptyBetaConstraints, so we don't need to deal with the index, right?
