### Description I can not build my workflow application on Windows any more after upgrade it from SonataFlow version 1.43.0.Final to version 10.0.0 The error as below:  I checked deeper into the builder and found that there is a line of code should be improved in method org.kie.kogito.serverless.workflow.utils.ServerlessWorkflowUtils#getWorkflow(java.nio.file.Path) The diff should be as below:  If possible, Please put it in next release.
