Review Comment:
   This follows the same pattern as `HiveCatalogOperations.initialize` (which 
also declares `throws RuntimeException`) and mirrors the signature defined in 
the `CatalogOperations` interface. Keeping it consistent with existing 
implementations.

Review Comment:
   This pattern is consistent with other catalog modules in the project — e.g. 
`catalog-model` uses `exclude(group = "*")` for the same `catalog-common` 
dependency. It is intentional to avoid bundling transitive deps that are 
already provided by the server runtime.
