[hotfix][runtime-web] Restore metric chart height to 150
FLINK-40046 raised the metric chart height from 150 to 180. At 180 the
cards no longer fit the vertex drawer and the Chart/Numeric toggle ends
up under the resize handle. 150 renders fine with g2 5.
