Hi @delei and @bengbengbalabalabeng, I noticed this issue and #677 while checking the CSV row APIs on current main. Since this issue still seems open, would it be helpful if I helped with a small PR focused only on the `CsvRow#getCell(int)` indexing fix and a minimal regression test?
