### Description Follow-up to https://github.com/apache/druid/pull/20575#issuecomment-6171109555. This PR adds an `ignore` rule for `software.amazon.awssdk:*` patch updates, so Dependabot only proposes minor bumps. I think / hope that security fixes would still be covered since Dependabot security updates only honor `versions` ignore conditions, not `update-types` ([ignore_condition.rb](https://github.com/dependabot/dependabot-core/blob/main/common/lib/dependabot/config/ignore_condition.rb#L42)), and the OWASP dependency-check job would still flag a vulnerable SDK version. <hr> This PR has: - [x] been self-reviewed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
