Review Comment:
[P2] Preserve raw external schema names for Flight metadata filters
When `show_full_dbname_in_info_schema_db` is enabled,
`FrontendServiceImpl.getDbNames()` matches and returns external names as
`catalog.db`. Because this helper now passes `dbSchemaFilterPattern` through
for the omitted/all-catalog path, `getSchemas(null, "multi_catalog")` is
compared with `hive_catalog.multi_catalog` and returns no schema; any emitted
`db_schema_name` is also qualified even though Flight already supplies
`catalog_name` separately. Normalize the pattern/output to the raw database
name (or use a names-only service path that does not apply the MySQL display
transformation) before exposing external catalogs.
