### What problem does this PR solve?
Related PR: #69493
Problem Summary: The native Paimon reader on master still builds paimon-rust
v0.4.0-rc1. Upgrade it to v0.5.0-rc1 by updating the source URL, archive
name,
source directory and MD5 checksum together. This extracts the native
dependency
upgrade from #69493 so it can land independently of the Paimon Java SDK and
SQL/TVF ANN changes.

Upgrade the native Paimon Rust reader dependency to v0.5.0-rc1.

pending.
The archive checksum was verified and the v0.5.0-rc1 dependency was built
with
Rust 1.94.0 during the preceding branch-4.2 work. This is not a completed
master BE build or BE unit-test run.
