### What problem does this PR solve?
Issue Number: N/A

The ORC lazy materialization suite asserts exact counters from merged query
profiles. Reader counters can be absent when an empty scanner supplies the
profile merge template, making the suite fail independently of query
correctness.
Replace profile polling and metric assertions with full-row comparisons
against an eager scan with ORC min/max filtering and lazy materialization
disabled. Expected rows are filtered independently in Groovy. Exercise all four
combinations of the two options with six predicates covering equality, partial
and complete groups, empty results, tail reads, and ranges spanning groups.
Disable result and condition caches during the checks and restore the modified
session settings in `finally`.
This suite now checks result equivalence rather than exact internal
filtering counts. No production code is changed.

### Check List (For Author)
- Test
- [ ] Regression test
- [ ] Unit Test
- [x] Manual test (details below)
- [ ] No need to test or manual test.
Validation completed:
- `git diff --check` passed.
- Regression runner dry-run passed: `./run-regression-test.sh --run -d
external_table_p0/hive -s test_orc_lazy_mat_profile -dryRun`.
- An offline Groovy/H2 harness executed the suite against rows read from its
existing ORC fixture: all 24 filtered queries passed. Fault injections detected
missing rows, duplicate rows, incorrect payloads, ignored predicates, and an
empty fixture. Session settings were restored after both successful execution
and assertion failures; disabling Hive skipped all SQL.
The dry-run and offline harness do not execute the Doris/Hive read path.
Full Hive-backed integration validation has not been run locally.
- Behavior changed:
- [x] No production behavior change. Only regression assertions change as
described above.
- [ ] Yes.
- Does this need documentation?
- [x] No.
- [ ] Yes.
