### What problem does this PR solve? Issue Number: N/A Problem Summary: Root cause: `ColumnMap::convert_to_full_column_if_const()` rebuilds an ordinary Map wrapper with shared children even though Map constructors already reject nested constants. Remove the override so non-const Maps retain their object identity and ownership relationships. Make the single-argument Array constructor reject nested constants instead of silently materializing them, consistent with the other Array constructors. Top-level `ColumnConst(Map)` materialization remains supported. ### Release note None ### Check List (For Author) - Test: Added BE unit coverage for Map object identity, top-level constant Map materialization, and rejection of a zero-row nested constant in the Array constructor. clang-format 16, `git diff --check`, and `build-support/check-build-hygiene.sh` passed. Build and unit tests were not run. - Behavior changed: Yes, internal column behavior only: non-const Map conversion returns itself; the single-argument Array constructor rejects nested constants. - Does this need documentation: No. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
