Review Comment:
   [P2] Keep the signed minimum integer literal residual-only

   An ordinary BIGINT join whose build side contains `INT64_MIN` produces an IN
runtime filter such as `` `x` IN (-9223372036854775808) ``. `parse_int64()`
accepts that value and this branch pushes it, but the [pinned Lance unary
parser](https://github.com/lance-format/lance/blob/68c12dfd7efe02f90ad2d7f3a239a7eb64884e57/rust/lance-datafusion/src/planner.rs#L452-L467)
 first parses the positive magnitude as i64; overflow makes the literal
Float64. Its [scalar
coercion](https://github.com/lance-format/lance/blob/68c12dfd7efe02f90ad2d7f3a239a7eb64884e57/rust/lance-datafusion/src/expr.rs#L357-L363)
 cannot convert Float64 to Int64, so the first `lance_scanner_next()` fails
planning instead of returning matching rows. GE/LE and admitted scale-zero
decimals share this boundary. Reject this literal in the integral and decimal
guards, or emit a tested typed representation, and add ordinary pushed IN/range
boundary cases; the current lowest-value reader case is null-aware and skips
pushdown.
