Doris release builds such as `Doris version doris-4.1.5-release-917b20be838` are parsed as unknown because the version pattern only accepts rc/alpha/beta suffixes. This makes capability evaluation return `DORIS_VERSION_UNKNOWN` and prevents otherwise supported child tools from being called. Accept the explicit `release` suffix in the existing pattern. Keep core-only comparison, brand validation, suffix boundaries, version ranges, and runtime/authorization gates intact. Regression tests cover release formats (including Cloud Mode and uppercase metadata), registered/unregistered and mismatched brands, malformed trailers, and callable-but-uncertified query capability evaluation. Validation: - Reproduced the failure before changing production code: 7 relevant failures. - Parser, feature matrix and capability registry suites: 172 passed. - Full serial CI test run is in progress; its result will be added before marking this PR ready. - Ruff, mypy (97 source files), Bandit, generated tool catalog and offline lock check passed. - `make -j90 build` produced the sdist and wheel; importing the built wheel and parsing the release version passed. Tests use the committed lockfile and Python 3.12.
