Addressed the fourth review round in `f5af56058e7`. Per finding: - 4389385861 (P2, zero-field structs): fixed. `STRUCT<>` is now an unsupported column at any nesting level, with two new schema tests. - 4373822200 (P1, endpoint identity in the data cache key): unchanged, as answered in the thread.
