Rebased onto b8dc326111f: #68540 took connector plugin API 21.0, so this PR now moves `connector.plugin.api.version` from 21.0 to 22.0 (`ConnectorPluginSurfaceTest` and the first commit's message follow); the first four commits are otherwise unchanged. Addressed in 724071d42a8: - 4370219805 (P1, derived table in FROM): fixed, `DEFAULT(column)` inside a derived table keeps its own FROM clause. The R1 reply about aggregate / WITH / subquery shapes got a correction in its thread. Local: `InsertUtilsTest`, `ConnectorWriteSchemaUtilsTest`, `RewriteDefaultExpressionTest`, `IvmDeltaRewriterTest`, `IvmLinearDeltaHandlerTest`, the fe-connector-spi and fe-connector-iceberg suites (1749 tests) and `HiveConnectorMetadataSiblingDelegationTest` pass, with checkstyle. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
