Publishing the first translated blog post must leave untranslated articles as English fallbacks with their own canonical/noindex decisions. This change uses native blog metadata and routes for per-article state, aggregate indexing and feeds, then adds four representative articles in Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Russian (16 machine-reviewed candidates). The blog list renders on the server, keeps stable category/tag IDs, localizes search and pagination, labels English content and preserves localized links between translated and fallback articles. Feeds contain actual translations only, filtered before the native limit. Existing landing publication digests are rebound after reviewing that dictionary changes are confined to `blog.*` and the removed directory detector is unused; landing prose is unchanged. Russian maintenance gains a separate read-only coverage workflow and bounded retries for transient GitHub PR API failures. Automatic generation is limited to DEV/4X/COMMUNITY; the complete registered census and existing candidates remain visible, with inactive scope reported separately. The latest scheduled failure was an HTTP 502 while listing another PR's files. The current native audit has 3,356 current primary documents and no primary backlog, so this work does not manufacture a live translation task. Version 3.x and 2.1 documentation supports English and Chinese prose only. Other site locales retain navigation and URLs with English fallback, canonical/noindex and no fictitious translated alternate; scope validation prevents automatic translation of those versions. Validation: 300 i18n tests (299 pass, one existing skip), 22 workflow security tests, manual/protected-blog admission, native metadata inventory, small five-language 0/1/partial/full fixtures, and a local fixture containing only the four actual pilot articles plus small pagination controls. Browser checks cover search, keyboard pagination, categories, no-JavaScript rendering, language switching, mobile/desktop and 80 theme/viewport combinations, with no script or resource errors. No local full-site build was run.
