Fixed in d46a2b8 in the diagnosability dimension: PaimonUtils.deserialize
now bottoms out ClassNotFound failures into an explicit
upgrade/migration error (legacy PrivilegedFileStoreTable wire objects whose
classes 2.1 removed), so a BE-first rolling window fails with the cause and
the remedy instead of a bare ClassNotFoundException. Full transport
compatibility (recreating the removed privilege class tree in the
connector) is not feasible — the entire object graph is gone in 2.1; the
new-FE-side probe from the P1 above closes the window from the other end
(new FE stops emitting the wrapper), and we document the supported order
for legacy-privilege warehouses as FE-first.
