This completes the Japanese, Korean and Russian bodies for the 13 remaining landing pages: downloads, brand assets, users, events, roadmap, community reports, the course hub, five Hackathon tasks and Profile Analysis. The 136 customer summaries, dynamic Track B metadata, asynchronous feedback, accessibility labels and page metadata are included. Download data, code/SQL, API settings and English contribution templates retain their source values. Only the latest weekly report (`2026-10-12`) is newly translated. Other historical reports remain complete English bodies with explicit language labels and localized navigation; the existing Chinese history remains available. A per-report registry makes this choice atomic and rejects incomplete published translations. Event filters and expansion are keyboard accessible, and Profile Analysis explains that its AI service still responds only in English or Chinese. All new publications retain `machine` review identity and source/target digests. No scheduled translation is added for these manually maintained pages. Validation: all 84 landing message sets pass admission; 290 i18n tests pass, with one existing skip. Five-language landing builds and browser acceptance are in progress. Repository-wide TypeScript checking reports existing baseline errors; comparison is retained with the local evidence.
