   ### Search before asking

   - [X] I had searched in the
[issues](https://github.com/apache/doris/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no
similar issues.

   ### Version

   0.14

   ### What's Wrong?

   When the type of field abc in table t1 is char, join sql cannot hit rollup.

   table: t1
   dt    int
   abc char(2)
   gtv  int

   cannot hit rollup:
   select t1.dt,
          sum(t1.gtv)
     from table1 t1
    inner join table2 t2
       on t1.dt = t2.dt
    where t1.dt between 20221001 and 20221010 and t1.abc >= 'R1'
    group by t1.dt;

   char changed to varchar, same sql as above, can hit rollup:

   table: t1
   dt    int
   abc varchar(2)
   gtv  int

   ### What You Expected?

   char type does not affect rollup routing
