Both area functions preserve spatial metadata in FE and use the existing
spatial BE wrapper for mixed NULL rows. Added actual Iceberg-column, NULL, unit
and boundary regressions. FE UT 63/63, BE UT 127/127 and Iceberg
generation/verification passed.
