Attempted `run-be-ut.sh --run --filter='RowsetMetaTest.TestPackedPhysicalFs*' -j 16` with ASAN; CMake configuration passed, but Ninja stopped because the local third-party installation lacks `libgoogle_cloud_cpp_oauth2.a`.
