URL: https://github.com/apache/doris/pull/69310

   ### What problem does this PR solve?

   Issue Number: None

Problem Summary: The external regression pipeline schedules every suite
tagged nonConcurrent through a single-thread executor, even when the suite has
an isolated catalog, database, and table namespace. Six Paimon Variant write
suites and the Iceberg initial-default suite do not mutate FE or BE global
configuration, inject debug points, or assert process-global metrics. Remove
their nonConcurrent tag so the existing external suite parallelism can schedule
them with other isolated suites while retaining serial execution for suites
that require exclusive cluster state.

   ### Release note

   None

   ### Check List (For Author)

   - Test: Static validation completed with git diff --check; verified the
seven suites no longer use the SINGLE executor and the remaining thirteen
external suites retain nonConcurrent. Full external regression was not run
locally because the Spark, Hive, object-store environment is not available in
the development worktree.
   - Behavior changed: No (test scheduling only)
   - Does this need documentation: No
