Fixed the failing `test_paimon_write_variant_errors` suite in `483c3884928`.
`try_parse_to_variant('not-json')` returns SQL NULL before the Paimon sink.
The stale expected output assumed a Variant string. Updated the explanation and
regenerated the expected output without changing the input or removing
assertions.
Locally ran the complete original suite using the exact `c5d8569a085` CI
binary, Spark 4/Paimon 1.3.1, and isolated object storage. Reproduced the same
row 21 mismatch, then regenerated the output and reran the complete suite
successfully: 1 suite, 0 failures, 0 fatal errors, 0 skipped.
