CHAR-padding regression follow-up: - Upstream #69101 rejects complex MAP keys during SQL analysis, while #69083's CHAR-padding regression still expected STRUCT-key writes to reach the Paimon writer. The failing MAP expression is rejected during analysis, before it reaches the Paimon writer. - Independently apply the test correction to this PR: all four complex-key groups assert the specific analysis error and verify zero rows were written. Primitive CHAR-key padding/collision checks and partition, ORC, bucket-routing, rowkind, UPDATE/DELETE, and MERGE checks remain intact. The direct writer normalization tests are unchanged. - On this PR's original CI artifact (BE version `8264f390bd`, built for PR head `385f74d57e5`), reproduced the unmodified complete CHAR-padding suite failure at the same statement. After applying the fix, both complete `test_paimon_write_char_padding` and `test_paimon_write_variant_errors` suites passed: zero failures, fatal errors, or skipped suites. Only local endpoint configuration was adapted; product binaries were unchanged. - The expected fixture was generated by the regression runner for the identical fix on #69247 and independently verified here.
