[docs] Doc improvement for table temp partitions, HDFS backup (#2795)

    ## Summary

Keep the current temporary-partition guide, which already incorporates
the historical prose improvements, and retain the remaining
    repository-example corrections.

    - Use a full `hdfs://` repository URI that matches `fs.defaultFS` in the
dev/4.x English and Chinese backup examples, consistent with the SQL
    reference and Doris regression example.
    - Translate the English CREATE REPOSITORY parameter-table header in dev
and 4.x; the Chinese headers are already correct.
    - Preserve current master rewrites and deleted version directories while
    resolving the rebase.

The existing author changes for older versions remain outside this
    dev/4.x audit.

    ## Validation

    - Checked Doris repository path construction and the HDFS backup
    documentation regression example.
    - Compared the historical temporary-partition changes with the current
    guide before discarding obsolete hunks.
    - `git diff --check` passes.
    - Docusaurus Markdown/MDX compilation passes for six changed dev/4.x
    pages using the site's `format: detect` setting.
    - Documentation governance checks introduce no errors or warnings in the
    requested scope.

+Apache Doris supports adding temporary partitions to partitioned tables.
Temporary partitions differ from regular partitions in that they are not
retrieved by standard queries and can only be accessed through specific query
statements.

-- The partition columns of temporary partitions are the same as those of
regular partitions and cannot be modified.
+- Temporary partition columns must match those of regular partitions and
cannot be modified.
+- Temporary partition ranges cannot overlap with each other, but they can
overlap with regular partition ranges.
+- Temporary partition names must be unique and cannot duplicate regular
partition names or other temporary partition names.

-- The partition ranges of all temporary partitions cannot overlap, but the
ranges of temporary partitions and regular partitions can overlap.
+## Use Cases

-- The names of temporary partitions cannot duplicate those of regular
partitions or other temporary partitions.
+**Temporary partitions are primarily used for:**

-**Main application scenarios for temporary partitions:**
+- **Atomic overwrite operations**: You can rewrite partition data without
losing data between deletion and import operations. Create a temporary
partition, import new data into it, then atomically replace the original
partition through a replace operation. For atomic overwrite operations on
non-partitioned tables, see the [replace table
documentation](../../data-operate/delete/atomicity-replace).

-- **Atomic overwrite operation**: Users can rewrite the data of a partition
without data loss between deleting old data and importing new data. In this
case, a temporary partition can be created, new data can be imported into the
temporary partition, and then the original partition can be atomically replaced
through a replace operation. For atomic overwrite operations on non-partitioned
tables, refer to the [replace table
documentation](../../data-operate/delete/atomicity-replace).
+- **Bucket count modification**: If an inappropriate bucket count was used
when creating a partition, you can create a new temporary partition with the
desired bucket count. Import the regular partition data into the temporary
partition using the `INSERT INTO` command, then atomically replace the original
partition through a replace operation.

-- **Modify the number of buckets**: If an inappropriate number of buckets was
used when creating a partition, a new temporary partition can be created with
the specified new number of buckets. Then, the data of the regular partition
can be imported into the temporary partition using the `INSERT INTO` command,
and the original partition can be atomically replaced through a replace
operation.
+- **Partition merging or splitting**: You can modify partition ranges, such as
merging two partitions or splitting a large partition into multiple smaller
ones. Create a new temporary partition, import the regular partition data using
the `INSERT INTO` command, then atomically replace the original partition
through a replace operation.

-- **Merge or split partitions**: Users can modify the partition range, such as
merging two partitions or splitting a large partition into multiple smaller
partitions. A new temporary partition can be created, the data of the regular
partition can be imported into the temporary partition using the `INSERT INTO`
command, and the original partition can be atomically replaced through a
replace operation.
