Its row kind, if any, is the first input

+ * with the field's default and ignoring case: '+I', '+i', or NULL under
DEFAULT '+I' inserts, while a '-D', '-U'

value Paimon cannot decode, such as NULL
+ * without a default, fails the write in Paimon with the same error, after
Paimon's own NOT NULL check, so such a

pads into the overwrite filter: a '+U'

Review Comment:
[P2] Canonicalize NaNs before comparing padded ROW map keys
For an Avro `MAP<ROW<c CHAR(2), d DOUBLE>, INT>` column, read VARCHAR source
fields containing `'NaN'` and `'-NaN'`, and construct keys
`named_struct('c','k','d',CAST(pos AS DOUBLE)) -> 10` and `named_struct('c','k
','d',CAST(neg AS DOUBLE)) -> 20` in `INSERT ... SELECT`. These runtime casts
preserve different NaN signs through Arrow. Padding makes both CHAR fields `'k
'`, but [Paimon's serializer preserves raw NaN
bits](https://github.com/apache/paimon/blob/release-1.4.2/paimon-common/src/main/java/org/apache/paimon/memory/MemorySegment.java#L366-L367),
so this byte comparison accepts both keys. On read, [GenericRow
equality/hash](https://github.com/apache/paimon/blob/release-1.4.2/paimon-common/src/main/java/org/apache/paimon/data/GenericRow.java#L221-L235)
treats these NaNs as equal, and Avro's
[ArrayMapReader](https://github.com/apache/paimon/blob/release-1.4.2/paimon-format/src/main/java/org/apache/paimon/format/avro/FieldReaderFactory.java#L517-L523)
inserts the now-equal ke
ys into a HashMap, silently dropping one value. Before padding the CHAR fields
differ and both entries survive. Canonicalize NaNs in comparison copies or use
matching semantic equality, and cover this Arrow-to-Avro case. Unlike the
existing MAP-order thread, this key has no MAP descendant for `entrySorter` to
normalize.
