   ### What problem does this PR solve?

   Issue Number: N/A

   Related PR: #68933

Problem Summary: Remaining BE paths reconstruct intrusive column pointers
from existing owners or borrowed references. Pass existing ColumnPtr values
directly in arithmetic functions, borrow Struct fields during synchronous JSON
writes, and move completed result columns into their output owners. This makes
ownership explicit without changing query results.

   ### Release note

   None

   ### Check List (For Author)

   - Test: BE ASAN build passed with `./build.sh --be -j 48`; clang-format 16,
build hygiene, and `git diff --check` passed. Unit and regression tests were
not run. Changed-line clang-tidy passed for variant_util, three array
functions, and binary_arithmetic.h; the scan was stopped during divide.cpp
after prolonged analysis, so the remaining files are unchecked.
   - Behavior changed: No
   - Does this need documentation: No
