## Summary Translate all 20 Dev aggregate SQL function documents assigned to T09-DEV-062 into Japanese. Each target has independent source/target hashes and `reviewStatus=machine`. Seventeen Dev/4.x English sources match; `MEDIAN`, `MIN`, and `MIN_BY` differ and require separate 4.x handling. This PR changes Dev only. ## Checks - Translation protection: 20 changed pages, 0 errors. - Targeted Markdown link lint: 0 errors; two existing external links are report-only. - No local website build for this routine translation-only PR; repository Build Check will validate the PR head.
