### What problem does this PR solve?
`test_array_export` requires HDFS for its OUTFILE and EXPORT round trips,
but its `export,external` groups contain no explicit priority.
`SuiteScript.suite()` therefore adds `p0`, so ordinary P0 runs select it even
when no test HDFS service is provisioned and fail with `Connection refused`.
Add the explicit `p2` priority, following existing external export suites,
while retaining `export,external`. The suite is no longer selected by `-g p0`
and remains selected by the External pipeline's `-g external`. All test
statements and assertions are unchanged.

file downloads present in its execution log; that build still failed on other
suites.
