`dict_get_many` previously used unchecked casts for its value-column names
and query key values, then indexed query STRUCT fields without checking their
count against the dictionary keys. Invalid input could expose Java cast
exceptions, an index error, or a BE assertion for a NULL STRUCT. FE now
validates the argument types, rejects nullable query STRUCT expressions, and
checks key-field arity before building the function signature. Root cause: FE
did not validate these argument invariants before signature construction.
