Review Comment:
   Fixed in 31450230. Analyzer identity now parses `unicode_set_filter`, 
removes parsed-empty sets, and serializes non-empty sets with 
`UnicodeSet.toPattern(false)`, so `[]` matches an omitted filter and `[ab]` 
matches `[ba]`. Added identity and duplicate-validation coverage.
