### What problem does this PR solve?

Problem Summary:
The Spark environment used by external table tests previously ran the
Master, Worker, Driver, and Thrift Server in one container with only one Worker.
This PR:
- separates the Spark Master, Driver, and Workers into independent
containers;
- adds two Spark Workers and connects Spark SQL and Thrift Server jobs to
the standalone Master;
- mounts the required Iceberg and Paimon JARs in each Worker;
- adds health checks and startup dependencies for the distributed Spark
services.
