[fix](doc) update default compression description (#4142)
## Summary
- Update the current and 4.x English and Chinese CREATE TABLE
documentation for the compression table property.
- Document that ZSTD is the default from Doris 4.0.3, while LZ4F was the
default before 4.0.3.
