Field-based aggregate states need array ordering and standalone value
serialization. Root cause: Field array comparison previously returned equality
for all arrays, and Field lacked paired binary read/write helpers.
Add recursive lexicographic array comparison with NULL elements ordered
last, and independent binary serialization for supported scalars, NULL and
nested arrays. Preserve Field type tags and raw values without temporary
Columns or DataType/SerDe dependencies. SQL precision/scale remain caller-owned
metadata; decimal comparison requires matching scales. Existing aggregate
states and Column/Variant formats are unchanged.
